I cannot find the file alter_table(2016-08-30).sql in menu/sql/mysql directory.
The file is only in directories oracle and postgresql available.
I inserted 'object_id' after 'task_context'

Apologies. I have rebuilt the zip file to contain the missing scripts. If you download a new copy you will get everything.
