Fatal Error: File '/en/language_text.inc' cannot be found (# 256)

Error in line 2850 of file '/www/htdocs/fin82/includes/include.library.inc'.

This looks like you have not unzipped the downloaded file correctly. Within the directory of the script which is being run there should be a directory called 'text' with a subdirectory called 'en' which should contain the following files:

language_array.inc
language_text.inc
sys_language_array.inc
sys_language_text.inc

I checked the directories and files are there.

This messages I get at the Logon screen.
Sorry I left that part out in my previous message.

Fatal Error: File '/en/language_text.inc' cannot be found (# 256)

Error in line 2850 of file '/www/htdocs/fin82/includes/include.library.inc'.

I cannot duplicate this problem in my development environment. You need to step through with your debugger to see the full directory path that it is trying to use at that exact moment.
