When I import columns in the dictionary, the default values ar enclosed in quotes. Is this a problem with my settings?

For example: field foo_bar, varchar( Cool

default value 00:00:00 will be shown in the dictionary as '00:00:00'. This leads to an error in the application because the field length is 10 and this is not entered.
