Class 'radicore_view' not found [message #2997]

I keep getting the following error when installing this release.
Fatal error: Class 'radicore_view' not found in C:\wamp\www\radicore\menu\logon.php on line 177
I've been unable to locate the radicore_view class.
What am I doing wrong?

The class 'radicore_view' should be located in file 'includes/include.xml.php5.inc'.
