There is documentation on the ADD3 pattern at http://www.tonymarston.net/php-mysql/dialog-types.html#add3

If you logon to the demonstration application at http://www.radicore.org/demo.php, then visit Menu System -> List Pattern, select 'ADD3' then press the 'List Task' button you will see all the tasks which are based on that pattern. There are 12 of them, and they are all available in the Radicore download. You can run them, then look at the code to see how they work.
