I'm doing a detail report with parent-child data, for selected parent rows.
It would be nice to have a call to "_cm_DetailView_header()" in PDF::DetailView() that works like _cm_ListView_header().
Or simpler, something like _cm_Report_header() that works in both.
Workaround is simply formatting the first detail line to look like a header.
Suggestions welcome.
