Is there a way too hide data in a list?

i want to insert "new records", but the data must be hidden
on that list,(i will create another list where i can see all my data) is there a way to achieve that?

I don't understand what you mean? If you don't want to display certain columns then the simple solution is not to include them in the HTML output. You may also like to look at FAQ10.
