Referencing article http://www.tonymarston.net/php-mysql/role-based-access-contr ol.html to understand RBAC system.

As such I've got the radicore application up and running on my local machine, and in the middle of understanding user roles and security, I've noticed there is no relationship which exists between tables of RBAC schema, but the diagram explaining RBAC does indicate some sort of relationship.

Any reasons as to why it is this way, has it, been omitted, or am I missing something.

Please let know, thanks.

By "relationships" do you mean "foreign key constraints"? The two are not the same thing as it is possible to have relationships without any constraints. It is not my practice to define constraints in the database, instead I do it in my data dictionary.
