DEL4 - Cannot Select Outer Table Name [message #4620]

When generating DEL4 pattern (Radicore v1.86), the drop down list for Outer Table Name is empty and hence not able to select outer table and create the pattern. When using the exactly same tables and relationships to generate LIST2 and MULTI4 patterns, drop down list for Outer Table Name populated just fine and no problems at all in creating and using these patterns.
