Error with bitwise operation [message #4750]

I am using version: 1.88.0

I am getting the error: Cannot extract token from:'& 3' (# 256)

My code sets:
$dbobject->sql_where = 'col2 & 3 = 0'; // bitwise operation

Try the attached file ('include.library.inc') and see if that fixes your problem.
