If the inner table of a many to many relationship has 100 rows, the resulting link display will have 100 rows. This is not user friendly if only 2 of these possible links are active. Although Tutorial 5 does show how to filter to only show the active links, is there any alternative display possible?
Alternatively, is it possible to have an "create extra link" option on the filtered link table?

Thanks

If you look at http://www.tonymarston.net/php-mysql/dialog-types.html#choos e.link1.list2.multi2 you will see that there are in fact 3 ways to display a many-to-many relationship, so you have to choose which one is suitable for you.

There are working examples of these alternatives in the RBAC system so you can see them in action - from the 'List Tasks' screen you will see 3 ways of displaying navigation buttons, and from the 'List Menus' screen you will see 3 ways of displaying menu items.
