V 2.30.0 - error 404 [message #7884]

Hi Tony,

after installing V 2.30.0 I get an 404 error, see attached screenshot. Is this because of deprecated Apache and php? And the zip file contains a config.inc.

I have removed the erroneous file config.inc from the zip file.

The only reason I can think of for that 404 error is that the file radicore/menu/logon.php cannot be found. What is your document root?

the document root is c:\xampp\htdocs\radicore

If the document root is c:\xampp\htdocs\radicore then the URL should not be "localhost/radicore/menu/logon.php". You need to remove "radicore" from this string as it is causes Apache to look for a file in "c:\xampp\htdocs\radicore\radicore\menu\logon.php"

Sorry, the document root is c:\xampp\htdocs. This is what phpinfo tells me. I thought wrongly it is the directory where the radicore files are stored.

Hi Tony, Sorry for the inconvenience. It was my mistake. For whatever reason, I didn't copy all the directories. Hence the error. Now everything is working as desired.
