In audit_trn, task_id = varchar(32)
In the menu database, task_id = varchar(40)

When task_id length > 32, this gives a validation error
task_id[0]:field cannot exceed 32 characters

Solution

Change table definition audit_trn.task_id(varchar(40))

This is still in version 1.90
