Hi Tony,

once again me.

I worked through the Radicore design/transaction patterns but I haven't found a pattern to automatically send eMails to choosen contacts. Is there such a pattern?

What I want to do is to send eMails to selected team members to inform them or - when possible - to let them confirm data by themselves. But I have no idea to do this.

Is there such a possibility with Radicore?

Thanks in advance, best regards,

Juergen

There is no pattern to send emails for the simple reason that there are too many variables. The email text may come from an input screen, or it may come from somewhere else. It may go to a single person, or it may go to a group. The transport mechanism may be one of several options, et cetera, et cetera.

Considering that you can send an email with a single function call after you have filled in all the options, you can call that function in any of the existing patterns as part of your application processing. Sending emails is not a function of the framework.
