There also seems to be a problem when I cancel a Generate PHP screen.
When I try to create the same transaction a second time the framework says something like "a task_id with this name already exists", and "this screen with this name already exists".

I cannot reproduce this error. If you run the "Generate PHP" but press CANCEL then nothing is written to the database, so if you try to run it again with the same values you should not get this error.
The only time that this error appears is when you try to generate a transaction using the exact same values for Task Id, Script Id and Screen Structure that already exist. If you wish to regenerate a transaction then you must manually delete the old data first.
