Does anyone have any frontend interface examples to Radicore? The documentation is extensive and verbose enough that I could write my own, but some examples would be nice.

I still do not understand your question. All the functions to view and maintain the contents of the database(s) are already there. Nothing is missing. To enter Survey Answers just select the "Survey Answers" tab in the menu bar, and you will see a list of existing answers which you can view or modify, and new answers can be created by pressing the "New" button.

If you want a version where the user does not access the data via the Radicore interface, with its XSL stylesheets and login screen, then you will have to create your own interface as discussed in Using Radicore components in a front-end website. This will allow you to generate whatever HTML/CSS/Javascript code you like, but still using Radicore's table classes for all database access and business rules.
Just to make it perfectly clear, there are NO examples of frontend web pages using Radicore simply because Radicore is for building back-office applications which are used by back-office staff. Web sites which can be accessed by casual visitors are a totally different kettle of fish.
