I have a MySQL database. I have installed Radicore and completed all configurations steps. Tutorial (Part 1), 1.1 Create Subsystem
says
Log on to the framework and navigate to home->menu system->subsystem

How do I "log on to the framework"?

In Radicore's root folder there is a file called 'index.html'. Just type this into your browser's address bar and off you go.
