Hi Tony,

I have Radicore working fabulously on my local machine, but am running into a bit of difficulty trying to get it working on a virtual private server running Fedora Core 5 with PHP 4.4, MySQL, etc. Here's the error the browser gets on the logon.php screen:

This application has encountered an unrecoverable error

The following has been reported to the administrator:
2006-09-10 14:40:42

Fatal Error: DOM XML functions are not available. (# 256).

Error in line 523 of file '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/radicore/includes/include.xml.php4 .inc'.

Script: /radicore/menu/logon.php

Remote Address: 12.216.244.143

Request URI: /radicore/menu/logon.php

Please let me know where we should look to resolve this. Thanks!

The message "DOM XML functions are not available" means exactly what it says. The framework requires the extensions identified in http://www.radicore.org/radicore-for-php.php otherwise it will not work. Configure your version of PHP with the right extensions and it will work.
