This release contains a few bug fixes.

Database changes:
None

Other changes:

Modified the MENU subsystem so the logon.class.inc so that if a logon via the RADUIS, LDAP, or AWSLB mechains fails it will revert to the INTERNAL mechanism.
Modified varuious classes in the DICT subsystem to remove deprecation notices concerning non-nullable arguments which were introduced in PHP version 8.1
Modified ’include.xml.php5.inc’ to put the correct value in the error message for SYS0074.
Fixed bug in ’include.xml.php5.inc’ when $cellspec is empty, which it should not be.
Fixed bug in Classroom prototype when calling classroom popup in ‘crs_class_lesson.class.inc’.
fixed bug in ’inventory_item.class.inc. in Product Protoype to replace ‘if (isPrimaryObject($this)) {’ with ‘if ($this->initiated_from_controller) {’.
Updated screen layouts in Survey Prototype so that they displlay correctly when responsive web is turned ON.
Updated ’x-option.dict.inc. in Xemample Prtotype as it had not been synced with last database change.
